Come as you are.
Leave as more of yourself.

DISCOVER A TRUER VERSION OF YOU

Life has a way of pulling us away from ourselves. Fear, trauma, shame, unmet expectations, the quiet ache of wanting more — all of these can leave us feeling lost, distracted, and disconnected from ourselves and from others.

If this is you, you are not alone.

Many, many people have found hope, healing, and guidance back to a more grounded expression of themselves through therapy. This kind of work — and it is work — is not about quick fixes or numbing the painful parts of our lives. It’s about meeting yourself and your story fully, with honesty, compassion, and the courage to heal.

Whether you are navigating trauma, addiction, body image, sexuality, relationships, or the weight of religious shame, our work together can be a safe space to unravel, explore, and rebuild.

"Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"

My Approach
LET'S WORK TOGETHER

As a therapist, I don’t promise magic solutions, but I will offer you a steady presence and a safe space in which to be heard, challenged, and deeply seen. My approach is rooted in unconditional positive regard, self-inquiry, and liberation — helping you break free from old patterns and reclaim the life that is yours to live. Along the way, there may be tears, but definitely laughter as well. Humor has a way of loosening what feels too tight, making space for something new to emerge.

Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, but if you’re here, something in you is ready. Wherever you are on your journey, consider me your compassionate fellow traveler — a guide, a witness, someone who will walk alongside you with curiosity and care. You are worthy of care, respect, and belonging. You deserve forgiveness, empathy, and to be fiercely loved — not just by others but by yourself.

Let's begin.

ABOUT ME
_M0A0354-justin2025.jpg

My journey into work as a therapist grew from a love of stories — the ones we tell, the ones we hide from, and the ones that shape our view of our selves and the world. Whether your own story feels messy, uncertain, hopeful, scattered, heroic or otherwise, it is my deep belief that every person and their story deserves to be seen, heard, and held with care.

Beyond my work, I find joy in nature, animals, music, storytelling, writing, painting, and experiencing moments of unexpected humor that remind us we’re alive.
